Mutual respect is a principle of the corporate culture in Tawil Group. We are committed to fair working conditions and equal opportunities. Discrimination and sexual or other harassment of any kind are not tolerated in the companies of Tawil Group. Fair working conditions also mean that we promote the "work/life balance" of our employees. The training and further education of our employees is very important to us. Remuneration and other benefits correspond at least to the respective national standards. The company respects the rights of employees to freedom of assembly, to establish or join work organizations, and the right to conduct collective bargaining in accordance with the respective national laws. Conflicts of interest between the interests of Tawil Group and the personal interests of employees must be avoided. Any conflicts that do arise must be disclosed in order to be resolved. All employees are obliged to handle the property and all assets of Tawil Group carefully and to protect them.
Information and data protection
All employees are obliged to respect business secrets and other confidential information of the companies of Tawil Group and their business partners. Confidential information of any kind (e.g. contracts, correspondence and technical information, etc.) is intended for internal use only. All employees are obliged to respect and protect the intellectual property and know-how of Tawil Group and its business partners. The unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential information is strictly prohibited. This particularly applies to intellectual property and know-how. The companies of Tawil Group comply with all provisions for the protection of personal data (EU General Data Protection Regulation and all relevant national regulations) and also require this from their employees.
Concerns, complaints, whistleblowers
Concerns and/or complaints can be reported via an email address or telephone number provided on the homepage. They will be dealt with by the designated representative for this matter. All employees have direct access to managing directors personally and additionally on this way the concerns and/or complaints can be reported directly.
Occupational Health and Safety
Occupational health and safety are of great importance in every respect in Tawil Group. The companies in Tawil Group therefore pay particular attention to all safety regulations for their equipment and systems (machine safety) and the regulations governing employee protection, health and fire protection. The use of personal protective equipment provided by the company is demonstrated during regular training. We record work accidents and near-accidents and evaluate the reasons and risk factors for their occurrence in order to develop measures for continuous improvement. Fire protection plans, information on what to do in the event of a fire and emergency numbers are available at any time via the information board.
Environment
For Tawil Group, protecting our environment is just as important as occupational health and safety. The companies in Tawil Group, therefore pay particular attention to the relevant environmental protection regulations. Our environmental goals are the sustainable use of raw materials and the further development of our processes. When making changes to systems and/or products, environmentally relevant aspects are considered in advance.
Suppliers
In order to be able to deliver the best quality, we want to establish a partnership with our suppliers in which both sides benefit. Local and international companies are handpicked from a wide selection based on high quality standards, good values and business environment. We request our suppliers to follow similar ethical principles as set out by the present Code of Conduct. In particular, we expect them to fully respect the Human Rights principles and to conduct their business with the attention to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental matters and Data Protection.

Tawil Group Clarifies its Position Regarding Romanian Legal Proceedings
Tawil Group, a multinational business entity committed to lawful, transparent, and ethical operations, wishes to address public discourse surrounding legal proceedings taking place in Romania. In particular, we aim to reassure our global stakeholders, partners, and clients of the Group’s integrity, legal standing, and continuing commitment to full regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions where it operates.
We expressly affirm that Tawil Group and all companies within the Group are not subjects of the criminal case currently being investigated by DIICOT Timișoara (case no. 1312/30/2023). None of our entities hold any procedural standing in the matter, nor are they implicated, either directly or indirectly, in the allegations raised by the prosecuting authorities. All statements suggesting otherwise are factually incorrect and legally unsubstantiated.
Tawil Group also underscores that, under both Romanian and international criminal law, the principle of the presumption of innocence is paramount. Even individuals named in ongoing investigations are entitled to a fair trial and the presumption of innocence until a final court ruling is rendered.
As a matter of internal policy, Tawil Group has implemented robust governance frameworks, including legal risk prevention protocols, comprehensive compliance policies, and third-party due diligence procedures. These mechanisms are continuously reviewed to ensure alignment with the highest standards of international regulatory practice.
